What is a roll-off dumpster?

A roll-off dumpster is an open-top waste container used for residential and commercial projects, such as home cleanouts, construction jobs, and demolitions. A specially-designed roll-off truck is used to deliver and pick up the dumpster.

What size dumpster do I need?

The right dumpster size for your project depends on the type and amount of debris you’re throwing away. Call us and describe your project, and our associates can help you choose the best roll off dumpster rental for the job.

What Can’t Go into a Rental Dumpster?

Dumpsters rented in Fort Worth are subject to state-wide regulations that prohibit specific materials. Make sure that the materials you need to dispose of are suitable for a dumpster.

The following items are restricted waste items cannot go in rental dumpsters:

Televisions or computer monitors
Propane tanks
Car tires
Batteries
Dehumidifiers
Refrigerators, freezers, and other devices containing Freon
Washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers

In addition, items such as explosive or corrosive substances and highly flammable materials are prohibited entirely. It’s best to contact an experienced junk removal company with any questions if you are unsure about what to place in a rented dumpster.

Do I need a dumpster permit?

Dumpster permits are required in some cities in and around the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Every city has its own policies when it comes to dumpster rental that will be placed on a public property. For example, some cities require the hauling company to get the permit while other cities require customers to apply for the permit. Therefore, it is important to check dumpster permit requirements BEFORE renting a dumpster.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my dumpster rental?

We understand that plans can change and delays can occur. If needed, we can easily reschedule or cancel your dumpster rental. There are no cancelation fees. We simply ask is that you notify us one (1) day in advance of the scheduled delivery by calling or emailing. If the roll off dumpster rental is paid for in advance, a 100% refund will be issued back to the payment method provided.

Will a dumpster damage my driveway or landscaping?

Most driveways that meet building code standards can handle the combined weight of the roll off dumpster and truck. The experienced drivers take every precaution to avoid damage to driveways and landscaping, however, damage may occur due to poor surface conditions or improper clearance. For best results, be sure to leave ample clearance. We are not financially liable for the damages caused by normal dumpster rental operations.

Can the dumpster go on the street?

Each municipality in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas have different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpster rentals placed on private property, streets, or any other public right of way. Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits. We are not responsible for obtaining proper permits.

What if I only need a dumpster for a few days?

Our flat-rate pricing includes a 15-day dumpster rental. The price does not change if you keep the roll-off dumpster for less time. If you need to schedule an early pick-up, notify us 24 hours in advance and we will schedule your pick-up for the next available pick-up day at no additional charge.

Can I rent a dumpster for more than the rental period?

Yes, you can have your roll-off dumpster rental from us for more than the included rental period. If you need a couple more days, an additional $8.00 charge for each day that exceeds the included rental period is accessed. If you think that you will be requiring a dumpster for an extended period of time, please give us a call and we will be happy to get you a new quote.
